The Passionate Programmer: Creating a Remarkable Career in Software Development by Chad Fowler. It's one of the best books I've read in a long time.
Not bad, I a am little over half way done and it's pretty interesting. It starts out kinda slow, in that I've already read some of the content from other blogs, but the second half of the book is getting really good.
